A Penobscot County man is facing charges after police say he was found with a large amount of drugs and a gun. Christopher Reynolds Jr., 22, was arrested on an existing warrant and also charged with aggravated trafficking of drugs and possession of a firearm by a felon. An officer with the Bangor Police Department was in the area of Essex Street Tuesday when he saw a vehicle and recognized the passenger as Reynolds Jr. After a traffic stop in Bangor, police say they searched Reynolds and found methamphetamine, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia, cash, and a handgun.
